• We have normal carpet and it works fine on that. It sucks up sooo much dog hair

• Yes, we have a German Shepard and it sheds like crazy.. I decided to purchase this bad boy to help keep up the loose dirt and hair throughout the week on our thick carpet and our tile. We have had it several weeks and we are very pleased with it! We can definitely tell a difference now then before!
