“Does it shut itself down if it gets caught on something?”

It does go back to it's docking station on its own. Sometimes it does get caught but not often.

Yes, but first it makes a loud beeping noise until you clear the obstruction or if you leave it beeping it will shutdown.

Yes . From my experience it will try and maneuver off of whatever it’s stuck on and if it cant get off it will shutdown
