I have not found a way to get the unit unstuck without physically picking it up and moving it. If it gets stuck in the same place each time, you can put a border in front of it to send the unit a different direction.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can use the remote to manually navigate it out of an area. If it's really stuck, you would need to pick it up. It's best to block off areas that it will get stuck in.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. To help the DEEBOT from getting stuck, prior to cleaning, please clear the intended cleaning area of objects that can obstruct the DEEBOT's movement such as cords or wires. If the DEEBOT does get stuck, the best way to get it unstuck is to pause the cleaning cycle and pick it up manually.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I usually make a sweep and pick up small objects or cords etc before moving it into the room. mine tended to get stuck in my kitchen under the front of my refrigerator. After ab out a week I got smart and moved the area rug back another couple or three inches. no more problem.
