Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This has happened to me multiple times. If you don’t have the application ECOVACSHOME please download it to your phone now. It’s useful under covering what’s wrong with the DEEBOT. Most of the time this occurs it’s due to a multifunction. The application tells you exactly what’s wrong and how to fix it, it can either mean a full try, something stuck in one of the brushes OR front sensor may need to be wiped and cleaned. One you discover what the multifunction is and fix it press the AUTO button and it should turn back to blue and start charging. I hope this helps!!
