It depends on the size of the accident. The T8+ will not avoid a regular sized Sharpie on the ground sideways in front of it's path, but it will avoid a child's sock on the ground fluffed up to about an inch tall and the same length as the Sharpie. If I press the sock down to make it flatter, the T8+ pushes right through it. I'd need to test with more accurately sized objects to be able to tell you at precisely what height and width the T8+ will try to avoid an object.

The t8 is the basic without stuff, the t8+ is the t8 with the station and the aivi is the t8 with the special mop accessories that scrub while you mop. From my understanding is the save sensors and system
