With the Anti-Drop Sensors, Deebot could sense the height difference, so it has the ability to prevent itself from falling. When the Deebot senses the height difference, the Deebot will stop and try to find flat ground and start cleaning. Therefore, it is not recommended to use the Deebot at the staircase landing area. In case of emergency, it is recommended that you had better place some physical obstacles in those places where there is a high drop, in order to prevent Deebot accidentally fall and cause unnecessary trouble, due to the complexity of the family environment.
