“Can I just have it to vacuum the carpet and mop the floor at the same time without changing the attachment ? Seems like a lot of work to swap the attachments every time. Does it lift the mop like Roborock s7 when it gets to the carpet ?”

This model does not lift the mop attachment. it is designed to avoid carpets entirely when the mop is attached. It WILL vacuum and mop a hard surface at the same time, but you'll have to run it a second time for the rugs/carpet. (and if your hard floors are separated by carpet, you'll have to lift the unit and move it to the next section.)
