• Hi, the app has the feature to have multi story for multiple maps. I would declare the raised area a second floor. It will have to make a new map for the raised area but should be a matter of selecting the map2 and giving the little guy a lift. Hope that helps.

• Hi, In order to keep the map well, it is not recommended to move DEEBOT manually when cleaning is processing. The climbing of the machine is limited and only a 15-degree small slope machine can pass smoothly. If the machine has a mopping component, Climbing will be affected, it is recommended to try a thin mat with a higher slope. to help the Deebot walk freely at home.
