It could just be that the one adapter needs to be reset (from the app). It could also be that there is a defect in that one. I tell my clients all the time, regarding computing devices: "Even an $80,000 Porsche rolls off the assembly line with a problem once in a while...." I would give Eero a call. If you just bought it recently, and there is a legitimate problem with one of the adapters, I would imagine they would replace it for you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.the tech said it was very important which one you connected first and they should be done in a special order. Didn't do it myself but tech mentioned it at the time of installation. He said he gets calls about that problem all the time when they are not done in order.
