Yes, there is an option to add another network and you can switch between networks.

Yes. At the bottom of the menus there’s an option for “switch network.” Then you can add new devices to a new network. You just cannot use the same exact name.

While I don’t have that configuration, it appears as if it can. Under Settings there is a “Switch Network” button, that allows you to add and control other eero networks.

Yes. In the app choose switch network to setup the new one. It is near the bottom.
