The eero Pro’s do not have a USB port on the units. So you would need to get a USB-to-RJ45 connector, and use an RJ45 cable to connect the printer to one of the RJ45 ports on the back of an eero Pro.

I am assuming your are directly connecting your printer to your computer/laptop (via USB) and if so it should be no different. If I am misunderstanding your question please feel free to elaborate.
