“Does the system work as a local area network (LAN) if you don’t have a WAN connection? I’m considering this for an air gapped LAN and found the Google Mesh does not work without a WAN link.”

• I believe I’t does. Each base unit has 2 Ethernet ports. I’m not sure how you exactly start of this offer if you just wanted it to be a LAN without any outside access but when my internet is down I can still use my wireless printer when my computer is on the network so I would think it would work.
