It worked for us. Before we bought these, we tried a ring doorbell and our wifi wouldn't reach the front porch and we didn't have good reception towards the back of the house. After connecting 2 + base of these, We have great and fast service all over our house and now have a ring doorbell that works. Our downstairs is 4150 s.f. so these extend the range a lot!!
