• This is a ready to ship model made by HP. Meaning, it cannot be customized and Windows 10 Pro can't be pre installed. You can purchase the Windows 10 Pro upgrade and do a simple upgrade to Windows 10 Pro. Takes as much time as a simple windows update.

• You can upgrade to Pro by going "Settings" >> "Update & Security" >> "Activation" >> "Go to Store"
