QuestionIs ram upgradable? and is there 2 slots?

- Answer Yes the Ram is upgradeable up to 16gb. The memory slots are covered with an aluminum plate so you will need to just lift it up to access the memory slots. It also includes an M.2 slot to upgrade the hard drive. I added 8gb of memory and a 525gb crucial m.2 ssd. I use the 1TB HD as extra storage space. Definitely worth the upgrade and recommend this laptop.

QuestionI've had my HP Envy X360 AMD FX laptop for about 30 days, when turning on my computer it is VERY SLOW, background picture comes up, when you think your apps come up the screen turns BLACK. Restarted several times NOTHING! $700 for what total BS!

- Answer I had the same exact issue! It was after about 30 days as well. It was an update problem. This laptop updates a lot. Had to call HP to get it resolved

QuestionDoes this HP 2-in-1 have Microsoft Pen Protocol (MPP) on it? I ask because I had an HP Envy that had Windows Ink software but no digital pen worked on it. This one says it is built for Windows Ink?

QuestionIs this good in playing Minecraft?

- Answer YES I own minecraft windows 10 edition with texture packs added (I own a realm too) and its SMOKES it. The gpu shows 68% workload and the CPU shows 12%.... This Vega chipset isint even breaking a sweat playing this game with all the graphics maxed out and running full screen @ 1920x1080. I cant see framerates with this version but I would say its locked at 60fps considering the gpu is hardly working... Buddy - this laptop can play Battlefront 2, BF4 fine LOL (yes on low settings but hey! 50fps is 50fps!) I got BF4 to hit 90fps playing at 720p. You can see on youtube all the games this laptop can play - the ONLY one that played poorly was WItcher 3.... But thats a VRAM intensive game. Just dont push it too hard.

- Answer This issue was a concern to me as well. Heat was not a problem for me but when I purchased this laptop the fan was noticeably loud. Like it was an abnormal sound. I exchanged it for the same laptop and the second one was good. The fan gets a bit loud at times but not any louder than most laptops you will find today.
