A:AnswerThe Biggest difference is preference. When comparing this computer with the identical one that has the Intel processor the speeds are about the same.
A:AnswerEasily. I do 3D rendering & printing and need to render and create objects before their sent to a slicer to the printer. Photoshop is childs play to AutoCAD & Blender ect and this laptop runs all those GREAT. FYI the only bottleneck is the slow hard drive. Just anticipate the programs taking a bit longer to load but hey you can always add an SSD and/or m.2 drive in it (it has the slots).
A:AnswerOf course you can!!!
I just bought this laptop not long ago (2 weeks or so) and since then I have been playing LOL with it.
Its fast enough, graphics are great, sound is loud and clear and I don't have lag at all.
I don't know about minecraft cause I don't play it but with LOL I can assure you this one is awesome!!!
A:AnswerThis particular model and color does not come with an i7. There are other HP Envy x360 laptops that are built just like this one, silver in color, and have an i7. The AMD FX processor is actually similar in performance to some i7 processors.
A:AnswerI answered the minecraft part earlier (I own and play this with friends) the laptop runs minecraft like its notepad. It dosent even throttle up all the way. I own the laptop and i saw 68% gpu load and a 12% cpu load so its not even working hard.
SIMS is a special situation - its so horribly optimized I doubt it will run it (sims 3 should be fine but 4 - ehh guess you could try). Not the laptops fault. My workstation is a threadripper 1950x /w 32gb ram and TWO RX 480 graphics cards and Sims4 had framerate drops and stuttering like crazy but that was last year it could have been patched. At least minecraft runs good.
