“does this printer have a fax and does it scan?”

• It's an all in one, so it should fax (I've never done it). But I know it scans.

• Hello. The ET-3710 can print, copy, and scan. Unfortunately, the printer does not include fax functionality. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
