• It works very well with my Dell desktop and Asus laptop, but I have not owned an HP product since I spent most of three days trying, before I finally found a tech support agent who knew something. The first dozen all told me that the reason I couldn't print a cartridge alignment page was that I had a four wire, rather than two wire telephone cable for faxes.
