• Hello sue. A photo scanner is probably going to be better suited to scan negatives than an All-In-One printer. We recommend taking a look at the Epson V600 Photo Scanner as it has a built-in transparency unit that can scan slides, negatives, and medium-format panoramic film. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
