“Hi, i am trying to set up my wifi and i found the network name but when I try to enter the password, it only allows 8 characters (i have 10 letters in my password: and then it goes into verifying. w/o those extra 2letters the password is incorrect.”

I have 12 characters in my password and it worked
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine has 10 characters as well and it worked fine. You might try updating the software from thee website otherwise call Epson support for instructions or a fix. Good luck.
