A:Answer If you find yourself buying printer cartridges more often that you want to, then I would say YES. If you don't recall the last time you purchased a print cartridge or don't do a lot of printing then the only advantage I see is the ability to do automatic double sided prints with the ET2750. I don't know the print quality of the XP424, but we have been very satisfied with the quality of the ET2750.
I can tell you without question that after spending over $100 on ink cartridges for an HP printer in two months, I would not trade my ET2750 for any other printer.
