• Yes, you can print in black ink only, but there is no white ink, so printing in white is not possible.

• Yes, it has the option to copy B&W. When printing, of course, you can use the print driver to do this.

• Yes, but you choose that from the printer properties of the print job on the computer. Or you use the black and white copy function. I can't verify this, but I'm sure it works like most other printers and still uses some color ink even when printing in black and white.
