QuestionNumber Of Cartridges Required:4. Why is this stated in Specifications? I want do without cartridges. I though it was an ecotank so why would I need 4 cartridges?

- Answer Hi, yes, this is correct. The Epson Expression ET-2750 EcoTank printer does not require ink cartridges and has built-in refillable ink tanks. Four ink bottles are included with the printer. In the Specification section of the Best Buy product page, the "Number Of Cartridges Required" is a generic label that used for many different types of printers. Regards, Eduard - The Epson Team.

- Answer I’m new to the Epson line of products. In the past I’ve owned Hp printers. With my old printers I’ve converted them to bulk ink tank like the ET-2750 and saved $$$ over time. Pros. Fast, economically, no constant purchasing cartridges, great features for everyday printing. Cons the display screen is too small and hard to read. I’ve had a HP 5 color photosmart printer before this one and had a higher quality printing This unit can do photos but it is only a 4 color printer so a 5 color one would have better definition.

QuestionWill the printer work if the colored tanks are emplty?

- Answer Since you reset the ink levels manually when you refill the tanks, my guess would be that you can tell it they're full even if they're empty. It's cheating, but should work. I don't know what effect that would have on the printer, you probably don't want ink drying up in the tubes or the print head.

QuestionIs this machine good for making package labels?

- Answer I guess that depends on the scale of your operation. If you need to print the occasional label, then Yes, this machine will print labels from 4"x6" to 8½"x11". If you're printing dozens of labels daily and want those razor-sharp text and bar codes, and super-fast, water-proof printing go with a monochrome, toner/laser machine.

- Answer yes, et-2750 was built for that purpose. 2750 only differ from 2650 by not having a USB port for PC.

- Answer I definitely DID NOT get my printer free but will be happy to let you know that it was a pretty easy set-up and is working fine. I especially like the eco-ink system that should (hopefully) help with the amount of ink I use.

- Answer I am a teacher and I use this printer for some of my supplemental materials to add to my curriculum. It's a great printer, reliable and quick - it's not a mass producer like my old HP4600DN (massive) but the print quality is very, very good for the speed that it prints. If you aren't expecting a commercial, industrial type printer speed then you will be satisfied with this printer's speed. It's fast enough for 50 tests that you're not going to be disappointed. The ink lasts quite a bit of time and since the tanks are refillable (the refill bottles have a special nozzle at the top - however, with a syringe and cheap ink refills via amazon/ebay you are going to save a ton of money on ink in the long run. Add to that the fact that you can bring any printer (working or not) to Best Buy when you buy this printer and they will automatically give you $50 off the printer's price.

- Answer Your question has a yes/no reply. Yes if you use inkjet compatible fabric sheets designed for your purpose. No if you are talking a traditional cloth fabric found in T-shirts, etc. At this time sublimation printing requires a printer capable of that function. Suggest you visit Epson ( or other manufacturers WS) to research products compatible with your needs

- Answer I have a MacBook Air. I just pugged it in and it set up by itself. I followed the directions on the printer screen. It works great and i print from my computer all the time. I only had to go into the computer printer settings . The computer found it without the Cd.
