• yes, et-2750 was built for that purpose. 2750 only differ from 2650 by not having a USB port for PC.

• Yes. I've been using mine to print pictures from my iPhone. No computer or internet connection needed. I cannot speak to Android devices, but I imagine there is an app if printing is not just built in like it is with the Apple devices.
