Your question has a yes/no reply. Yes if you use inkjet compatible fabric sheets designed for your purpose. No if you are talking a traditional cloth fabric found in T-shirts, etc. At this time sublimation printing requires a printer capable of that function. Suggest you visit Epson ( or other manufacturers WS) to research products compatible with your needs
