• I have a MacBook Air. I just pugged it in and it set up by itself. I followed the directions on the printer screen. It works great and i print from my computer all the time. I only had to go into the computer printer settings . The computer found it without the Cd.

• I have windows PC and I didn't need to install the software, the PC automatically detected the printer.
