If you are using a USB printer/scanner cable to connect your Epson ET-2750 and you're still having issues, you may want to replace the cable or use different scanning software. If you are scanning from a Mac, use the Image Capture application to scan. If you're on a PC, use the Epson Scan software. Hope this helps. Jim
