JW Digital Supply check out his youtube video i belive its the metal part that is screwed try it with out it and let me know how it works

hello! did you ever resolve this issue? I'm having the same problem and have tried everything i can think of the fix the problem.

Hi Ropupahau, While we do not test third party media using the Expression Photo HD XP-15000, you may want to try driver settings for paper type and print quality to see if that yields better results. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
