Hi Artist, Your Expression Photo HD XP-15000 is an excellent choice to reproduce art. The best choice to scan would be to use an Epson Perfection flat bed scanner. The Perfection V39 Photo Scanner is a good choice, or for additional features and the ability to scan transparencies, such as film and negatives, the Perfection V600 or V850 are a step up.
