“We've had this printer for about a year. When we print or copy, the quality isn't good. Some lines are fuzzy. We aren't printing full color normally, just black/white papers for school. How can we fix this? Thank you!”

If the all in one is still under warranty or you purchased a 2 year warranty from Best Buy, it can be replaced. If you are out of warranty to can ship it to an authorized Epson repair center (at your own cost) and have it repaired. If not you're out of luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine started to have distorted horizontal lines across the sheet. On a normal letter sheet it would be about 4 evenly spaced. Then if I printed on a small sheet format, it would all reduce proportionally. The same horizontal lines were distorted. My kids need this printer for school reports and the prints are unusable. I took sample prints into the Geek Squad for suggestions. Their suggestions was to throw it away and buy a new one.

My daughters Epson was producing printed copies like you described so I performed the head cleaning process and it cleared up. I do this cleaning at least every twp weeks. This process is found under maintenance. You should also do the printer head alignment frequently.
