I changed cartridges not any difference. The pritner is about 8 years old.

Every printer has a life span even if youbreplace the ink, eventually it will wear out.

Hello classiccruiser. We recommend printing out a nozzle check from the printer's maintenance menu. If the printer appears to be missing nozzles on the print head, you can run cleanings from the same menu to try to recover. If you are not missing any nozzles, then it is possibly related to settings or software on the computer. Please contact our Technical Support team by phone if you need additional assistance.
