I love this printer! It's a perfect printer for the home and is easy to use. It prints really well and I love the easy scan app you can you on your iPhone. It's a very easy setup and prints fast. The colors are great!

This printer provides great quality prints. It is easy to use has great features such as a timed lock (if you have littles ones like I do that love to touch things they shouldn’t) it’s easy to install/setup. The computer software makes all functions easy to setup and compared to other brands of printers I prefer Epson just for that reason. The only thing to note is that the color print speed isn’t the greatest. If you need a quick color print for multiple pages, this may not print at the speed you’re looking for but just check the specs. Overall great printer. Giving it 4 out of 5 stars only because if print speed which is my fault for not looking into those details.

The product is well shaped and designed to appeal to the customer and its length and width are perfect for the space I have planned for it. In terms of functionality, it does exactly what it was made to do. I also noticed that the speed at which it works is perfect. And when it's running, there's very little noise.

I've had this printer for just over a year and it works like a charm. I have not has any issues, the print quality and speed are great for the price point. It is compact enough to fit on a shelf in my small home tech closet.

I wanted just a light work printer, easy to use and setup and I got what I wanted and more! A lot of printers nowadays are really pricey and really confusing but this one strikes me at how efficient and cheap it was! Big win to buy this

I always buy Epson printers. Works very well. Works great with no problems.

This is a replacement for a previous epson. Why? Because I do not print color that often and the print head dried up except for black and it was cheaper to buy this one than repair my existing printer. Setup is fairly easy but give yourself at least an hour. So far it has done well. A few sheets with smeared black but I think that was my own fault reaching for the sheet before it kicked out. I have set a schedule to print a color sheet whether I need to or not to try and avoid the print head drying up again

My husband and I used to buy so many printers for our business and they’d end up breaking down midprinting or the ink quality was terrible. This printer is awesome for businesses. We print flyers, business cards, pamphlets and the ink that is required for it is worth the price. Definitely a professional use printer and just regular in home printer if you work from home and print a lot. The bluetooth printing is a godsend too.

The Epson Workforce Pro 4820 is a great printer for my daily needs! This is a great deal for a quality All-in-One Printer with all the right features for professional and personal use.

Purchased Rosin 4820, excellent, had a couple set up issues, but Feel Squad took care of it. Young gentleman for purchase was awesome.

Loved this printer UNTIL i did a firmware update. The update made my existing “compatible” cartridges UNUSABLE! I did some research and found MANY others having the same issue! And found out that it is now Epson company policy to require ALL Epson printers to use ONLY Epson ink cartridges! So, if you plan on saving $$ on “compatible” cartridges, DON’T BUY EPSON!!

This printer was purchased on sale and has been a great value. I'm able to print great copies from my cell phone, using a wireless connection.
