- Answer Too much. The Extended Black ink runs almost 1/2 the price of the printer at $79. And that is the standard size color cartridges. And you can only use Epson brand cartridges.

- Answer If Epson says the WF-4820 will do 2 sided scanning through the auto document feed tray, I would love for them to show me how. I just purchased this device and the two sided scanning feature is not available through Epson's ScanSmart software. Extremely annoyed as I purchased this printer specifically for this feature that Epson's team in response to this question says it has. Since BestBuy is out of stock for this device, I ended up going through another retailer to purchase. According to the Epson data provided on that website, the WF-4820 does not do 2 sided scanning or copying and you would need to go with the WF-4830 or higher to get that feature. Thanks a lot Epson!

- Answer Yes you can totally use this printer for sublimation. You'll need to not use the Epson ink that comes with the printer. You'll need to use sublimation ink. Check on youtube for tutorials of how to convert it.

- Answer There is a usb port for a jump drive, but it looks like it only recognizes .JPEG and .TIFF files, not .DOC or .PDF.

- Answer Hello Silky1. The WF-4820 is compatible with both Microsoft Windows 10 and 11. We have printer drivers available for download on our official Epson Support page. The printer can print on US Letter and Legal sized paper. You can also look at the WF-3820 as they are similar printers; however, most comparable models include fax functionality.
