QuestionI would like to know more about the fax function. I do not currently have a phone line but want to know if it is possible to still utilize the function through a scan to fax type function or application?

- Answer Hi Inkblot22, The WorkForce Pro WF-4820 requires a connection to a standard phone line to send and receive faxes. You can scan images to your computer, but the WF-4820 does not include software to send scanned images as faxes. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.

QuestionI don't like wireless, would rather use ethernet. Does this have the cable for that AND is complicated for setting this up? Will i have to download other drives to make thos work?

To complete the setup, you will need to download the latest drivers from the official Epson Support page. Question2 questions... does it scan in color? can you use all black ink if you choose to only in black?

- Answer Hi sarah, First, the WF-4820 scans in color. Second, you can set the driver to print in Black/Grayscale and use black ink to print, however, a small amount of color ink will be used to print smooth grayscale transitions and to maintain the print head. Regards, Mark - The Epson Team.
