• Yes, it's all done through the front panel. I put a 8x10 picture on and downsized it to 4x6. It looks as good as original

• Hello Printlady67. Yes, the WF-4820 can reduce and enlarge copies between 25% up to 400% directly from the control panel. When you're on the copy screen, you can find the option under the basic settings tab. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
