A:AnswerHello LindenVFT. The WF-7840 supports printing on paper sizes ranging from 4" x 6" to 13" x 19". You can also use an external memory device to print files or save scanned documents without needing a network connection. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
A:AnswerYes, but I use a paint program to inverse the image. when I scan at the highest resolution to ensure a high-quality print when enlarged. it like the difference between high grain film and low grain film. the more pixels @sqin the better.
but this can be done with any high-resolution printer. this allows for a 13 by 19 print with the rear feeder.
I hope this answers your questions.
A:AnswerHello Moore. For best device performance, we recommend running the WF-7840 at a monthly duty cycle of up to 2,500 pages. If purchased directly from BestBuy and operated only in the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico, Epson warrants the printer will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year or 150,000 printed sheets. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
A:AnswerHi HOUDINI, The WorkForce Pro WF-7840 uses Epson DURABrite® Ultra pigment ink, which is water resistant on supported paper types. We cannot test all third-party media so cannot guarantee print quality, Regards, Mark - The Epson Team,
A:AnswerThe scanner max's out at 11x17 as does the tray feeder for printing. For prints in excess of 11x17 you need to use the bypass feeder. I don't know of any inkjet that has a larger scanner size than 11x17 unfortunately. Most max out at 8.5x11
A:AnswerThe back feeder, I use for 11x17 tabloid media. The total from the output tray front to the back top edge of my tabloid paper is actually closer to 41 inches. If you're not using large media like I am, the back feeder and the output tray can be retracted to shorten the depth.
A:AnswerI'm only running Windows 11 on my PCs. It works great for me. It also works great for remote printing from my phones. And it connects to Alexa.
A:AnswerHello. You can load approximately 50 sheets of 8.5" x 11" size paper. Please note that depending on the page size, that number might be smaller. For additional details, please see the "ADF Original Document Specifications" section in the User's Guide on our official Epson Support page. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
