“Can these cameras live stream for more than 60minutes (some WiFi cameras cut off after 30mins)? It would also be great to share my live stream feed with a couple of family members. Can I do both these things in real time?”

You won't be able to live stream for that amount of time. These are motion based cameras (like most of the leading home security cameras Ring/Arlo/Blink). Nest records 24/7 but needs an expensive cloud plan in order to do so.
