I purchased two of these locks and the physical keys work for both units. I was under the impression the keys would be unique for each device. Had anyone else tested this and had a different result? null

Contacted Eufy and was informed that this should not be the case. My second lock does not work with the original key, but the first lock works with both keys so it appears that the first lock is defective. Working with support to have it replaced. (Edit - this is the OP just in case the username is different... not suer why)

This is interesting, I wanted to purchase a second lock and was HOPING one key could be used for both locks, I guess that does in your case.
