A:AnswerI bought my Fitbit Alta just about a month ago. At first it was a bit frustrating with snapping the band together. However after awhile it was very easy to snap. You just need to press a little harder with your thumb on the outer part of the band against your your index finger on the inner band until you hear a faint snap sound. Fitbit does sell other bands without the snaps. Checkout their website and plus the website has some sale on bands going on now.
