• Yes and I highly recommend using it. I had it installed in a small window in my living /dining area and they did a great job.

• Yes. However, if the unit breaks or needs repairs, they will not come to your home to check it nor to repair it because of it's size. You will have to uninstall it and bring it to the store. This is the issue that I am having as it went dead in under 4 months
