A:AnswerHi Sea! Thank you for your inquiry. The air conditioner is covered by a limited one-year warranty and a limited 2-5 year warranty on the sealed system (the compressor, condenser, evaporator and tubing). We hope this helps! -Thanks!-
A:AnswerNot out of the box and your window would have to open wide enough. You would need to construct something to fill in the space above the unit. If you're handy it won't be that big of a deal. You might want to look at a portable a/c unit as a better alternative.
A:AnswerHi TF! Thank you for your inquiry. In researching, we were able to see that it dehumidifies 1.3 pints of water out of the air per hour. However, we are not showing that it has the Clean Air Ionizer feature. We hope this helps! -Thanks!-

A:Answer20” will be tight but if you know what you are doing it it doable. You will have to remove/not install an extension for it to fit. I have mine in a 21” and I don’t see why it wouldn’t fit a 20” opening
A:AnswerHi LoveWinter! Thank you for your inquiry. In researching, we were able to see this model has 6-way air direction control; which allows you to position it in any direction you choose. We hope this helps. -Thanks!-
A:AnswerHi Chet! Thank you for your inquiry. In researching, we were able to see the recommended Window Height (Min.) is 13-1/4". We hope this helps. -Thanks!-
A:AnswerYes it does. It comes with everything needed for a full proper installation. And let me say it works wonders for my wife, our infant son and I. Without it it before we were just running a fan in the window to keep it "cool" (if you could really call 80-85~ cool) and after installing it and turning it on, maybe about an hour later (as we have a quite large room) it cooled the whole room off and had it down to right around 70. And that feels especially cool when it's upwards of 95 outside and soon it'll be 100+ for us daily in the coming months heat. But I can definitely say it's worth it lol.
