“Hello, I have this air conditioner installed, works great ! I have a cat with asthma and would like to know if the air filter in this unit cleans incoming air of outdoor pollens etc, or does the conditioner draw them in making asthma worse ? Thank you .”

Hello, Summer. Great question! Our antibacterial filter reduces bacteria, room odors and other airborne particles for a healthier, more comfortable environment. Meaning the allergens and bacteria are being filtered out of the air as the air conditioner cools the air in the home. Hope this helps! -Alexis
