A: Hi Summer! Thank you for your inquiry. The water from your air conditioner actually evaporates. If there is excessive moisture or it is very humid, your air conditioner may possibly drain from the bottom or rear. Also, it is normal to see a little water. Q: I am interested in this unit but my window is only 20" wide. Will it fit with the side panels on?
