“Where is the drain hole on this unit and what is the part number for the drain part and hose to attach to it . I see water gurgling on the casing back about an inch from the bottom by the vents, is this normal ? Thank you .”

Hi Summer! Thank you for your inquiry. The water from your air conditioner actually evaporates. If there is excessive moisture or it is very humid, your air conditioner may possibly drain from the bottom or rear. Also, it is normal to see a little water. It is the condensation from the moisture removed from the air; which is recirculated back on to the condenser coils to prevent the air conditioner from over heating. We hope this helps! –Thanks!-
