• Hi Kris! I was able to see that the minimum window width is 23 inches and the maximum window width is 36 inches. If your window is 20 inches window, it may not fit properly. -CiCi

• It most likely won't fit with the side panels on. It comes shipped with them off. I would buy it, then fill in the sides with something.
