“I am interested in getting 2 of these units. However, I see a lot of concerns about delivery problems where people received these dented and not working. how is your replacement or return policies on these units. Thanks.”

I had a disaster delivery. All the corners and sides were dented in really badly. I called my local store which had one in stock. I took it there and swapped them out. I made sure to open the box and inspect the fridge tho before leaving. All is fine now. I would recommend picking up from the store as it seems that UPS doesn't care and smashes the packages around. There was no issue replacing the unit once I took it to the store and they saw the damage. Hope this helps.
