Yes, it does. It covers "city" streets as well as rural roads. We used it in the Fall 2016 for a road trip in Scotland and it was amazing. We were in some of the farthest areas of Scotland and it never failed to get us where we were going. I've used older GPS units and the Garmin and the Euro chip got us to and from without a hitch.

I used this (micro-SD card) in my Garmin Nuvi 50 for extensive travel throughout central Europe this fall, and it worked beautifully on city streets, major highways, and rural country roads. I was even able to pre-program our selected hotels and points of interest as Favorites before departing the US. It even worked better and appeared to be more up-to-date than the on-board GPS in our rental car. Highly recommended!
