• I have this dash cam. Crazy customers need more help than this camera can provide. But you could mount it to record inside the cabin and perhaps the customers will behave better. That being said, security cameras are everywhere this day but people are not intelligent enough to conduct their selves with appropriately.

• It’ll record your audio only, unless you install it facing the inside of your car. Then it should be perfect because it will record everything, and I mean everything Good luck

• Definitely. It has a feature where you can record audio. You can also turn camera around when needed to record them.
