According to the manual, the maximum is 64 GB. I don't know what the times would be, but note that during an impact, only the previous clip, current clip, and 1 following clip is saved as part of the event, so that in itself is not going to significantly reduce its overall recording ability.

The recording time depends on whether you have the camera fully charged or plugged into a power supply or hard wired. The recording time also depends on your SD card size.
