“When I plug in the cam to my computer, it only is viewable in one minute increments. I’m using this camera as a private investigator and need at least a 10 minute clip. I can view it on my phone as a whole video. Why can’t I on my computer?”

When viewing the raw files inside the memory card of your Dash Cam enabled device, unsaved video files will appear as 1-minute long fragments. However, viewing the unsaved video footage using the VIRB app will appear as one contiguous file for each recording session.
